Stephen Talbot has spent his legal career fighting for those who could not fight for themselves. After graduating from Thomas Cooley Law School he returned to his home in Colorado to work as a prosecutor handling cases ranging from assaults to homicide. Stephen then entered private practice as a plaintiff’s attorney in personal injury matters to ensure that his clients received fair compensation from the insurance companies.
Stephen joined Becker Law Group as a partner in 2018. His unique approach to criminal defense cases sets him apart from other attorneys. He strives to ensure that each individual’s rights are protected throughout the sometimes difficult judicial process. In addition to criminal defense, Stephen also practices family law and serves as Respondent Parent Counsel for indigent parties in Dependency and Neglect actions.
Stephen is married, with four children and enjoys golf, long-distance running, and spending time with his family.
